Coordination Drawings

Coordination Drawing Services

Aside from architectural drawings, we also provide MEP schematics.
Coordinating diagrams are what?

Coordination drawings are commonly used in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) sector of the construction industry. In situations where masonry and steel fabrication (such as stairs, structural frames, etc.) will be used in the same space, coordination is essential.
The architect, structural engineer, steel fabricator, curtain wall designer, and many others need to work together.

It must be conducted at the highest levels. A functioning setup will only be offline otherwise.

Standard terms associated with coordination drawings include the following:

Coordinated Shop Drawings Composite Drawings
Information Modeling for Construction
Crafting Fine Lines in Sheet Metal
Combining in Two Dimensions
Harmonization in Three Dimensions
Shop Drawings for Fabricating Metal Sheets
Coordination Using the Building Information Model
Above-Ceiling 3D MEP Drafting and Coordination

Can you describe the coordination drawings we provide?

Coordinated shop drawings are necessary for any project, big or small. Actually, it’s always been that way. In regards to quick turnaround times for shop drawings, HANDTOCAD has posed the question. Most subcontractors respond the same way when asked about shop drawings: “I don’t know why they ask for shop drawings, they never have in the past.” The price is also tricky to pin down because it depends on a number of variables that can only be determined after a thorough examination of the project, the specification, and the prerequisites. All of it depends on whether you want shop drawings that are easy to get or drawings that satisfy the spec, since the GC might not have strict requirements for smaller jobs.

We offer coordinated drawings for both MEP systems and fabrication. We do not merely superimpose all data into CAD and then show it to the client.
We consult with all relevant parties to collect up-to-date information. Based on the data, we have asked for site visits and coordination meetings to solve any possible conflicts.

The following is the typical procedure we follow:

List everyone who has a stake in this  situation. ConducOverlays in 2D and 3D CAD to look for collisions
Working together, you can avoid potential conflicts.
Make some calls. Get some updated blueprints.
